What is Foxi Taxi?
Foxi Taxi is a ride-hailing service starting in Bratislava. You order a ride in the app, see the exact price before you confirm and pay by card or cash. Rides are provided by licensed drivers.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price you confirm when ordering is the price you pay. It can only change if you change the destination or add stops during the ride.
How can I pay?
By card saved in the app or in cash directly to the driver. Card payments are pre-authorised when the ride starts and charged when it ends.
Can I cancel a ride?
Yes, any time. Cancelling is free until a driver accepts your ride. After that, a small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver who was already on the way.
Which cities does Foxi operate in?
We're in Bratislava. Košice, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Warsaw are on the roadmap — follow us to know when we arrive in your city.
What do I need to become a Foxi driver?
A valid driving licence, a taxi service licence (we help you get one), a 4-door car in good condition, a smartphone and a clean criminal record extract. The full checklist is on the driver page.
How much commission does Foxi take?
None. Foxi takes zero commission from fares — you see your exact earnings for every ride before you accept it, and the full fare is yours.
When do drivers get paid?
Card earnings are paid out to your bank account every week — in full. Cash fares stay with you immediately.
Do I have to drive full time?
No. There are no minimum hours and no schedules. You go online whenever you want and offline whenever you want.
What happens with my location data?
Rider pickup and drop-off points are stored with the ride for receipts and support. Driver GPS traces are kept for 90 days for safety and dispute resolution, then deleted. Details are in our privacy policy.
Can I sign up my taxi company (fleet)?
Yes. Register as a driver, create your fleet in the app and submit your company details for approval. Invite drivers with a code, and ride earnings are paid weekly to your company account. The platform charges fleets zero commission and tips always stay with drivers.
