Delete your account

You can delete your Foxi Taxi (rider) or Foxi Driver account at any time, free of charge, directly in the app or by email.
In the app (fastest)
Open the app and go to Account → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and all devices are signed out within a few minutes. Deletion is not possible while you have a ride or shift in progress — finish or cancel it first.
By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email [email protected] and include the phone number your account is registered to. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What happens to your data
Your profile — name, phone number, email address, saved places and notification tokens — is deleted or irreversibly anonymised immediately. Ride records, receipts and in-ride chat messages are kept only as long as the law requires (accounting documents up to 10 years under Slovak law), because they are also the other party's record; they are no longer linked to an identifiable profile. Driver GPS location history is deleted after 90 days as described in the privacy policy.
